My Story
Braking a Generational Cycle
I lost an aunt to suicide.
My mom battles depression.
And I, too, have faced depression.
But I refuse to accept that my children are destined for the same invisible battle.
Instead, I’ve made it my life’s mission to understand mental health, to learn skills to combat my illness, and to pass those skills on to my children and other women. This is why I started happii.
Starting a brand centered on mental health has been one of the best decisions of my life. Through happii, I’ve met incredible people who’ve shared their stories, allowing me and my team to be part of their journeys. This connection has brought immense fulfillment and happiness.
